Almost always an old client version: check you are on 1.21.11 or newer. Then check there is no space before or after the address. Still stuck? Open a ticket in the Discord and say which version you are on.

Not right now. Bedrock support is being repaired and is coming back soon. Once it is back, every menu opens as a Bedrock form. The join page will say so the moment it returns.

Yes, a legitimate Java account. Cracked and shared accounts are not supported, and joining on another version through ViaFabric, ViaForge, ViaFabricPlus, Multiconnect or similar is not allowed.

You are sent to the lobby and matches in progress are voided. No rating is won or lost.

ZP (Zero Points) is one number per kit, and everyone starts on 0. Every 100 ZP is a tier, fifteen of them from LT5 to HT1. LT, MT and HT mean low, mid and high. A match moves roughly 20 ZP.

Your first ten ranked matches on each kit are placements. They are private, never in the match history or on the leaderboard, and they can place you at most at LT3. Finishing them pays 200 coins, once per kit.

Below LT3 you move up the moment your ZP reaches the next tier. From LT3 up, reaching a tier starts a short series: win 2 of 3 for LT3, MT3 and HT3, 3 of 5 for the second tiers, 4 of 6 for LT1 and MT1, and 5 of 8 for HT1.

Only once you are 25 ZP below its floor, so one bad game never costs you a tier. Tiers also decay if you stop playing a kit.

By points, not total ZP. Each tier you hold is worth fixed points (HT3 is 10, HT1 is 60) and the points from every kit add up to your global tier. Team tiers count half.

No. Only one ranked account per season, and playing ranked on an alt is the thing most likely to get you removed from the ladder. A season reset clears ratings and match history for everyone.

Open a ticket to get the ZP back. Staff can reverse results gained by cheating, teaming, match fixing or exploits.

Right click the sword in your hotbar and pick a kit, or type /duel queue mace. You can queue several kits at once and get whichever match is found first. /exitqueue leaves every queue.

Ranked 1v1 matches are best of three. Before a fight, sneak to ready up: when everyone is sneaking, it starts at once.

/leave forfeits the duel, and disconnecting counts as a forfeit too. The rating change is applied.

Yes: the unranked queue, lobby FFA in the hub, and the practice arena with training bots at any tier. If nobody is queueing, the server also offers a bot fight at your tier. None of them touch your rating.

When both players are LT2 or higher, the match starts with a short map vote, and the lobby and spectators get thirty seconds to predict the winner. A correct call pays 15 coins.

Yes. Players HT3 or higher mentor with /mentor on, and /mentor request <kit> gets you a first-to-3 that never touches ZP.

No. Nothing sold changes a fight, and ZP only comes from winning. Ranks and effects are cosmetic and convenience only.

Zero is €5.99 a month or €15.99 lifetime, or 1,299 coins for 30 days. Zero+ is €7.99 a month or €19.99 lifetime, or 1,799 coins for 30 days. Lifetime ranks are store only. The comparison lists every perk.

Finishing placements on a kit (200, once per kit), daily and weekly /challenges, your daily login streak, voting for the server (40 a vote) and linking Discord with /sync once. /coins shows your balance and opens the shop.

The first time you reach LT3 on any kit you get three days of Zero, once per account. It is skipped if you already have a rank.

Refunds are at staff discretion: yes for a double charge, an item that never arrived or a feature that stayed broken. Always open a ticket before a chargeback: a chargeback without asking removes everything bought on the account and bans it. Purchases go through Tebex, and ZeroPvP never sees your payment details.

Run /sync in game to get a code, then /sync in the Discord and enter it. Codes last 10 minutes. Linking gives you a role for your best current tier, which follows you up and down, and a one-time coin reward.

Yes: /queuepings in the Discord picks which kits ping you and how close to your own tier the player has to be.

No, every page works without one. With an account you can customise your profile. Register on the sign in page, press "Get a link code" on your account page and type /register <code> in game.

There is no email reset yet. Create a new account and link your Minecraft account to it again in game: whoever proves the account in game owns it.

Performance mods, HUDs for your own stats, cosmetic mods, clear water and fullbright, and texture packs with no advantage. Not allowed: anything that helps you fight, like aim assist, auto clickers, reach, ESP, health indicators or inventory tweaks. Unsure? Ask before you use it. The rules have both lists.

Not without an exception from staff, asked for through a ticket.

Join the Discord within three minutes. Refusing, logging off or disconnecting while frozen means a ban, and so does clearing logs before a screenshare.

Through a ticket in the Discord. The anticheat bans only when it is certain and keeps the evidence, and staff judge appeals on it. A resolved appeal stays resolved, and evading a ban makes it permanent.

In game with /report <player> <reason>, or with a Player Reports ticket in the Discord with video or screenshot proof.
