What the Add Server screen looks like, filled in.

  1. Open Minecraft

    Java Edition on version 1.21.11 or newer.

  2. Add Server

    Click Multiplayer, then Add Server. Name it whatever you like.

  3. Paste the address

    Server address: play.zeropvp.xyz

  4. Join

    Click Done, then join. Right click the sword in the hub and pick a kit.

Any 1.21.11 or newer client works. You do not need a modded client or a resource pack, and you need a legitimate, paid Java account: cracked and shared accounts are not supported. Joining on another version through ViaFabric, ViaForge, ViaFabricPlus, Multiconnect or similar is not allowed.

03 Bedrock Edition

Bedrock: coming back soon

Bedrock support is being repaired and is coming back soon. Until then the address is not listed here. Once it is back, every menu opens as a Bedrock form. Voice chat is Java only.

04 Once you are in

The hub

You land in the hub holding a hotbar of menus. Nothing on it can be dropped or lost, and it comes straight back if it ever goes missing. There is no damage in the lobby.

Your first ten matches on a kit are placements, and they are private. Then /sync links your Discord so your tier shows up there too. Start here explains ranked, ZP and tiers.

05 Cannot connect

If you cannot connect

FAQ
  1. Check your client is 1.21.11 or newer. An older version is the cause nine times out of ten.
  2. Type the address again with no spaces before or after it.
  3. Still stuck? Open a ticket in the Discord and say which version you are on.

A VPN or ExitLag needs an exception from staff first, and some mods are not allowed. Both are covered in the rules. More answers in the FAQ.
